He was born on April 16, 1987 in Louisville, KY to Jose Luis Leon and Lisa Marie Jackson.
He is survived by his wife Tabatha Bush Jackson of Charlestown, IN; sons Caden and Xander Jackson; mother Lisa Jackson of Charlestown, IN; father Frankie Sizemore of Otisco, IN; step-father Dutch Lathem of Charlestown, IN; brothers Joshua and Christian Sizemore both of Jeffersonville, IN and Justin Reynolds;sisters Nova, Kaitlyn and Faye Sizemore all of Otisco, IN; many other family members and friends.
