Mrs. Folsom died Friday May 1, 2009 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.
She was born on August 24, 1937 to Herman and Mildred Folsom in Booneville, IN and was a retired art teacher at Northside Junior High School in Columbus, IN and at Jefferson Community College in Louisville
She is survived by her cousin; Melba Wilson of Booneville, IN and her caregivers; Connie Fry and Tonetta Gilbert of Clarksville and Laura Keene of Charlestown.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy should go to the Clark County Humane Society or Hosparus at Nortons Hospital.
