Mr. Smith passed away on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
He was born on May 23, 1958 in Bath, NY the son of Charles Robert and Dorthy Lyons Smith. He was a laborer in manufacturing and a member of Stony Point Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife Eudora Lynn Moore Smith; son Seth Moore of Jeffersonville, IN and daughter Carmen Smith of Charlestown, IN.
