Johnny Kern, 32 of Floyds Knobs, IN passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Fredericksburg, IN.
Johnny was born on April 28, 1984 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of John Thomas Kern Jr. and Dixie Bolin Kern. He worked for A.S.B. in Jeffersonville, IN and was avid Hunter, Fishing and concerts especially the band Flaw.
Survivors include his mother, Dixie Kern of Floyds Knobs, IN; sisters, Tomi Gee(William) of Floyds Knobs, IN and Tessa Day(Damon) of Kentucky; brother, Ian Kern of Charlestown, IN; grandmother, Rena Kern of Charlestown, IN; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Johnny was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Kern, Jr.; grandparents, Allen Ray Sr. and Mary L. Christie; grandfather, John Thomas Kern Sr.; brother, Zachary Kern and cousin, Daniel Sizemore.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Monday until the time of services.
