Mr.Whisman passed away Sunday at the Clark Memorial Hospital. Military Services provided by the American Legion Post 335 and the VFW Post 1427. He is survived by his son John D. Whisman II of Charlestown, a daughter Tammy Wise of Charlestown, a brother Ovie Whisman, Jr. of Charlestown, and 5 Grandchildren.
