Mr. Howard was born on October 30, 1943 to Howard L. and Virginia Guthrie Walker in New Albany, IN and died March 15, 2007 at his home. He was retired from the US Army Logistic School and Southern Railroad. Survivors include his wife of 33 years Janice Ettel Walker, father, Howard (Patty) Walker of Jeffersonville, brothers; Bob (Diane) Walker of Louisville, Garry (Asia) Walker of Lexington, KY,and Michael (Connie) Walker of Jeffersonville, an uncle; Curtis (Nellie) Walker of New Albany.
