Mr. Tullbane a retired Major in the US Army died Sunday September 3, 2006 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville. As a result of his military service he was awarded the Bronze Star, Silver Star and 2 Purple Hearts. He is survived by his children James J. and Michael J. Tullbane, Janice H. Buckner and Rosemary and Patricia Gnau and a brother Phillip Tullbane and 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
