John Stanton McMillen, 51 of Jasper, IN formerly of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper, IN.
Mr. McMillen was born August 28, 1964 in Chattanooga, TN the son of John T. and Faith Avery McMillen.
Survivors include his step-brother, Jeff Alstott of Louisville, KY; several uncles, aunts and cousins including Jim “Tree” and Charlotte Phillips and Shelia Phillips all of Charlestown. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father Lloyd Alstott.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN with burial in St. James Catholic Cemetery in Elizabethtown, KY. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Down Syndrome Foundation or Crusade for Children.
