Mr. Mayfield, 96, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday November 29 at his home.
He was born on April 23, 1912 the son of Henry and Lily Mackey Mayfield who preceded him in death. He was retired from General Electric and a member of the Memphis Church of Christ.
He is survived by his daughter Gayle Pratt (Ron) of Erlinger, KY; grandchildren John Bartelt and Meg Bartelt of Charlestown, IN; brother-in-law Rondal Johnson of Louisville, KY; son-in-law Phillip Bartelt of Jeffersonville, IN.
