John Thomas Kern, Jr., 53, of Charlestown, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Karen(Teull) Kern; daughter, Tomi Lee Gee of Charlesotwn, IN; step-daughter, Tessa Hagan of Charlestown, IN; sons, John T. Kern, III of Floyds Knobs, IN, and Ian Kern, of Charlestown, IN; mother, Rita Kern, of Charlestown, IN; brother, Tim Kern, Sr. of Otisco, IN; sister, Delvinia Truman of Charlestown, IN; Grandchildren, Tyler Gee, Makenna Gee, Zoey Day, and Davin Day.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am till time of service on Wednesday.
