John William Flood 62, of Greenville, IN. and formally of Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. He was born on April 16, 1960, in Nyack New York to the late Frank D. and Joann M. Vybel Flood.
John was referred to as Papa John by his grandchildren and family, he loved to attend Indian tribal events where he formed a lot of special friendships with a group led by Grandfather Tony. John was a self-employed owner-operator of a Recovery Motorcycle business and loved to work on anything.
John is survived by his daughters, Nicole Fisher, and Jessica Flood; his grandchildren, Finn Fisher, Charley Fisher, Nevaeh Smith, Lilliana Flood, and Ava Flood; by his nieces and nephews, Jamie Thomas, Janet Wagner, Christina Palmieri, and Billy Palmieri; his companion of many years, Sarah Mootoo and her family; his Indian family; and his Indiana family, Brandon and April Smith, and their children.
John was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jimmy Flood, and his sister, Susan Flood.
John’s wishes were to be cremated and a celebration to be held at a later date.
