John C. Crawford, Sr., 85, passed away December 31, 2010 at Rolling Hills Healthcare in New Albany, IN. He was born on December 30, 1925 to John Edward and Jennette McHaffey Crawford in Haywood, NC. He was a Marine Veteran, a retired regional sales manager for Belknap Inc. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Juanita Braun Crawford; son, John C. Crawford, Jr., brother, Robert Crawford; sister, Boots Crawford.
Survivors include his sister, Joan Hasket of Caulowhee, NC; grandchildren, Jonathan Crawford, Corey Crawford, Jesse Crawford, Jolynn Crawford, and Stefanie Caldwell.
A graveside service will be held in the spring. The family will notify.
