Mrs. Holthouser passed away Thursday April 23, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents Randall and Charlesetta Hendricks and her beloved twin Joyce Tomlinson and brothers Chester R. and Donald A. Hendricks. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband William R. Holthouser of Charlestown, IN; son David R. Hughes Sr. (Leslie); daughters Patti Glotzbach (Jim), Carolyn Holthouser; step-son Norman Gene Holthouser (Cathy); five grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters Dorothy Wathen, Carol Dunn (Richard), Sherry Klein (Jim), Annie Baum (Mike); brother Charles Hendricks; 23 nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff on the 5th floor of Norton Hospital.
