Ms. Blackford passed away Sunday at Jewish Hospital. She is survived by her husband Gene S. Blackford, mother Sharlene Deal, father Delbert Haulk, daughters Kimberly Prather, April D. Scott, step daughters Melinda S. Blackford, Christina Scott, step sons Jimmy Blackford, Mike, John, Wayne, and Tony Scott, sisters Linda Abbott and Sharyal Eckert, brothers Dennis, Bill and Wayne Haulk, and Kelsie Deal.
