She was born on November 24, 1938 in Beaumont, TX the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Franklin Garner.
Mrs. Weldon was a retired legal secretary and is survived by her husband, Loy Weldon.
Cremation was chosen for Mrs. Weldon with private family services. Grayson Funeral Home Charlestown is entrusted with the arrangements.
