Ms. Ashby passed away on Monday at her residence. She is survived by 2 sons; Larry and Delbert Ashby both of Charlestown, 2 daughters; Kelly Ling and Arretta Griffin both of Charlestown, and 2 sisters; Velma L. Ogletree of Charlestown and Clara R. McDermott of Owensboro, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
