Jerry Dwight Mattingly, 60 of Charlestown died Friday, November 2, 2012 at University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born on May 14, 1952 in Marion County, KY to Joseph B. and Evelyn Smothers Mattingly and was a concrete finisher.
Survivors include his daughters, Julia and Courtney Mattingly, brothers; Howard Mattingly of Bradfordsville, KY and Dexter Mattingly of Danville, KY, sisters;Brenda Cochran of Liberty, KY, Jean Elliott of Charlestown, IN, Ruby Colvin of Campbellsville, KY and Sheila Mattingly of Bradsfordville, KY and 1 grandchild.
