Jerry Fadelia Jackson, 63 of Lexington, IN passed away on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Hanover Health and Rehab Center.
Mr. Jackson was born on May 22, 1951 in Madison, IN to Gerald and Ruth Smith Jackson. He was a former laborer in the construction industry. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Jerrad Fadelia Jackson.
Jerry is survived by his wife; Rhonda Boggs Jackson, daughter; April Abbott of Lexington, brothers; Troy Jackson (Kim) and Mark Jackson both on Madison, sister; Darlene Thompson (Donnie) of Madison, grandchildren; Brooklynn Isabella Abbott and Clayton Shane Abbott, aunts; Francis Jackson of Vernon, IN and Doris Smith of New Albany, IN and several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Premier Hospice and Palliative Care, 319 N. Ewing Street Seymour, IN 47274
Cremation was chosen and a private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
