Jerry Scott Cardin 64 formerly of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday September 23, 2021, at his home in Louisville, KY.
He was born on August 7, 1957, in Jeffersonville, IN to Winford Kenneth Cardin and Betty Jean Herron Cardin who preceded him in death. Most of his life Jerry had been a musician.
Survivors include his sister, Tammy Phipps of Charlestown; a brother, Ken Cardin of Jeffersonville and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday September 30, 2021, at Charlestown Cemetery.
