Mr. Burgstrom was born April 13, 1924 to Carl M. and Annie May Harriman Burgstrom in Butte, MT and died on Saturday May 9, 2009 at Veterans Hospital in Louisville.
Jerry was a carpenter contractor and owner of Shamrock Builders and a army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife the former Willodean "Dean" Jenkins, son; John Carl (Bess) Burgstrom of Marysville, Daughters Peggy Ann (Robert) Frakes of Henryville and Joyce (Ronnie) Rock of New Albany, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
