He was a native of New Albany, IN. a woodworker for Ohio Valley Door Corp., a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the VFW Post Auxiliary in New Albany, and a life long musician.
Survivors include his wife Sherry Tatro Blakley; son, Keith Blakley, Charlestown; daughter, Lesley Blakley, Charlestown; sister Geneva Spalding, Charlestown; grandchildren, Brittany and Shelby Blakley.
