Jeremy Michael Cochran, 37 of Charlestown passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Jeremy was born on March 17, 1981 in Louisville, KY.
Survivors include his sons, Jeremy Ray David Cochran of Charlestown and Ethan Cochran of Georgetown, IN; mother, Austin Jesse Cochran (Sherry Lynn) of North Carolina; sister, Maria Warring of Clarksville; brothers, Jerome Cochran and Jason Middleton both of Charlestown; grandmother, Mary Cochran of Charlestown.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Old Salem Cemetery. Visitation will also be held on Friday beginning at 10:00 A.M. until the time of services.
