Jeff passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in Scottsburg, IN.
He was born on September 28, 1961 in Laurel, MS the son of Steve Frazier and Marguerite Eddins Vaughn who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Jerry and Steve Vaughn and a niece, Michele Vaughn. He was a former manager for his family's trucking company, a passionate volunteer for the Kentucky Humane Society and loved to travel.
He is survived by his sister, Cynthia Vaughn, Charlestown, IN; brother, Robert Vaughn, Sellersburg, IN; companion, Bobby Baumgardener, Louisville, KY; nieces, Brandi Giltner, Angela Sprigler, Micki Wyman; nephews, Keith and Eric Vaughn.
Jeff's request was that no flowers be sent that expressions of sympathy in his memory be made to his passion the Kentucky Humane Society, 241 Steedly Drive, Louisville, KY 40214
