Jeffrey Scott Johns

Jeffrey Scott Johns, 64, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Scott was born on February 6, 1962, in Jeffersonville, IN. to the late Russell and Edith (Harris) Johns.

In additions to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Cindy Johns.

Scott was a U. S. Army Veteran, he retired from the Clark County Sheriffs' Department after 33 years of service, a member of the Charlestown VFW, the FOP, a Mason, and proudly volunteered with AA, recently celebrating 20 years of sobriety.

Scott is survived by his wife, Beth Johns, daughters, Ally JoBeth Johns, Abby Lea Johns, Katy Jo (Cody) Bauer, and Chelsea Elizabeth Johns; son, Matthew Scott (Tiffany) Johns; and brothers, Wally Nason, and Shawn Nason; and his 8 precious grandchildren.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy and love take the form of donations via a go fund me account set up in Scott's name.
