Jeannetta Turner 83, of Charlestown passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Henryville, IN.
Mrs. Turner was born January 31, 1933 in Clark County, KY the daughter of James A. and Bertha Griffin Webb Sr. She was a retired nursing assistant at the former St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charlestown a member of Hibernia Christian Church and an avid quilter.
Jeannetta is survived by her daughter, Vickie Hargett(David) of Henryville, IN; sisters, Betty Truesdell of Hanover, IN and Bonnie Budd of Madison, IN; brother, Tim Webb of Charlestown; grandson, Joshua Hargett(Nichole) of Sellersburg, IN; great-grandchild Ashlynn Hargett; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles Stanley Turner; brothers, James A. Jr., William, John and Arnold Webb; sister, Marilyn May.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday and after 9:00 A.M. Saturday until time of service. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Jeannetta may take the form of donations to Hibernia Christian Church.
