Jay Shaw, 58 of Bethlehem, IN passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at Norton Women’s and Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Jay was born August 8, 1957 in Louisville, KY the son of John Wallace and Ruby Hall Shaw. He was a Rental Coordinator for One Source Rental in Louisville, KY. an avid University of Kentucky and Charlestown High School Football fan. Jay was a former coach for Charlestown High School Football J.V. and Varsity and a former softball coach for the New Washington Youth League.
Survivors include his wife Kim Cook Shaw; son, Nick Shaw(Toni) of Charlestown, IN; daughters, Morgan Lamaster(Chris) and Brooke Shaw both of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Jack, Ella, Emma and expecting soon Marlee; cousins including, Mark and Martha Briscoe of Charlestown. Jay was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Donna Lynn Shaw.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 11:00
A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday after 9:00 A.M. until time of services. Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of donations in Jay’s memory to his family in care of Grayson Funeral Home.
