Janie Hobbs, 63, of Charlestown, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at her home.
She was born on July 13, 1952 to Richard Grant and Mildred K. (Baird) Hobbs in Scott Co., IN. She was a retired janitor. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her daughter, Samantha Cross of Manchester, TN; brothers, Jerry Hobbs (Juanita) of New Washington, IN, John Hobbs (Gina) of Nabb, IN, Rick Hobbs (Yolanda) of New Albany, IN, and Ronnie Hobbs (Kathy) of Sellersburg, IN; grandchildren, Kenneth Cross and Zander Cross.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11am at the Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington. Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington handling the arrangements.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Grayson Funeral Home at PO Box 429, Charlestown, IN 47111.
