Janice Rae Alexander, 68, of Charlestown died Friday July 19, 2014 at University of Louisville Hospital.
Janice was born on September 8, 1945 in Scottsburg, IN to Edward and Beulah Early.
She is survived by her sons; Frank Mayfield (Kisha) of Charlestown, IN and Kevin Mayfield (Catina) of Charlestown, IN and daughter; Toni Broy of Clarksville, IN and 3 grandchildren, Mandy Broy, Conner and Sydney Mayfield, 1 great grandchild Donovan Mosley and best friend Nancy Craig.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with private graveside services at Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held also on Monday beginning at 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
