Ms. Knies passed away Tuesday at Nortons Hospital in Louisville. She was a retired teacher having taught 26 years with 20 of those years at Pleasant Ridge Elementery in Charlestown. She is survived by her husband David Knies, sons Tom Seebold and John Seebold, a daughter Suzie VanHoy, Brothers Edgard and John Wise and a sister Georgia Sutherland; four grandchildren, Jarod Thompson, Hunter Seebold, Gavin Lee Seebold, and Grant Seebold.
