Janeen Cook, 61, of Jeffersonville, In, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Norton Hospital.
She was born on January 25, 1951 to Arthur C. and Maggie Fairchild Smith in Baltimore, MD. She was a retired clerk for the Census Bureau.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Logsdon and her fiancé Scott Miller of New Albany, IN; mother, Maggie Smith of Charlestown, IN;brothers, Ronnie Smith of New Washington, IN, Archie Smith of Bethlehem, IN, and Dexter Smith of Charlestown, IN; sisters, Dianna Howard of Scottsburg, IN, Lena Fraley of Charlestown, IN, and Karen Wihlon of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Daylon and Sierra Miller.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 3:30pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday after 1pm till the time of the service.
