Mr. Webster entered this life on December 30, 1934 in Jefferson County, Indiana, the son of Curtis & Mildred N. Royce Webster, both of whom preceded him in death. He was raised in Jefferson County and was a 1952 graduate of North Madison High School. He was united in marriage on September 24, 1954, in Lexington, Indiana to Doris Sue Dixon. To this union arrived three daughters and two sons to bless their home. They moved to Charlestown in 1956, where he worked for General Electric in Louisville. He retired in 1995 from GE as a bander control man after 40 years of service. He was a faithful member of Kent Christian Church were he taught Sunday School for 48 years. He enjoyed his sixteen grandchildren; his two great grandchildren and always enjoyed attending all of their games and school activities. James died Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 5:45 AM at his residence in Charlestown, Indiana.

Webster & his wife Sally, Madison, IN; his loving sisters: Lois K. Liter & her husband Gobel, Lexington, IN; Patricia A. Copeland, Madison, IN; Mary L. Blaney & her huband: Carl, Hanover, IN: 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several neices and nephews & other relatives. He was precedd in death by his parents: Curtis & Mildred N. Royce Webster; his sister: June Laverne Webster and Linda C. Webster.
