James F. Taylor, 59, of Greenville, IN and formerly of Charlestown passed away on Monday August 6, 2012 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
He was born on April 29, 1953 in Corydon, IN the son of Bob and Juanita Riggins Taylor. He was a Machinist and Carpenter for H.S. Hardy Construction in Charlestown. He enjoyed fishing, model cars and woodworking.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Mae Taylor, Pekin, IN; sons, Todd Taylor, Charlestown, Boone Taylor, Jasper, IN and Darren Taylor; sister, Cindy Lanham, Borden, IN; brothers, Allan Taylor, New Albany, Terry “Butch” Taylor, Ramsey, IN and Steve Taylor, Corydon, IN; grandchildren, Brandon, Dalton and Trystian Taylor, Lily Roark, Danica, Kaitlin and Michaela Taylor; great-grandchild, Haley Taylor; step-children, Becky Pierce, Roy Hardin, Jimmy Cole and Loretta Hilen.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday August 8, 2012 at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Thompson’s Chapel Cemetery in DePauw, IN. Visitation will be on Wednesday after 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
