James Von Richie

James Von Richie, 78, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday evening May 9, 2013 at his home.  He was born on January 11, 1935 in Fort Branch, IN to Virgil and Alta Sullivan Richie who preceded him in death.
Mr. Richie was a former Truck Driver for United Technology, an Army veteran and a member of the old Bible Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Richie, sons; Rick Richie (Laura) and Gary Richie (Jackie) both of Jeffersonville, IN, daughter; Louann Conrad of Charlestown, IN, brother; Gene Richie (Rena) of Jeffersonville, IN, sister; Joyce Penner (Jack) of Owensville, IN , sister-in-law; Connie Richie of Jeffersonville, IN, grandchildren; Anthony, Michelle, Kelly, Megan, Courtni, Nathan and Cory and six great grandchildren and one on the way.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday May 13, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN.  Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
