James Michael Mayfield 75 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at University of Louisville Hospital.

He was born on August 11, 1947, in New Albany, IN to George F. and Aleeta M. Austin Mayfield who preceded him in death.

Survivors include his companion of 20 plus years, Donna Williams of Charlestown, sister Marilee Mayfield of Novi, MI; friend James Bohannan and his wife Shonna, of Charlestown; nieces, Shelly Cordisco of Miami Beach, FL and Carla Gretzinger of Novi, MI.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 11:00 am at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN.
