James Mark Kellar, 65 of Jeffersonville, IN was born on December 31, 1955 in Jeffersonville. He passed away on February 6, 2021 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. Mark was educated in the Greater Clark County School System and attended Charlestown High School. After high school, Mark joined the United States Marine Corps then on to working factory jobs until he became disabled.
Mark loved his children and adored his grandchildren. He excelled at track in high school, was a wonderful singer, loved watching western shows, playing cards, and was an I.U. fan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Lillie M. Jones Kellar; sisters, Katherine Kellar, Etta Kellar, Lauren Kellar Strong; brother, Clarence Kellar.
Mark is survived by his sons, Joshua (Courtney) Raney of Jeffersonville, IN and Justus Kellar of Fort Lewis, Washington; girlfriend Mattie Cintron of Jeffersonville; brothers, Johnny Kellar and Charles Kellar both of Jeffersonville, and Joseph Kellar of Charlestown; sister, Chris (Calvin) Asbury of Georgia; grandsons Jaiden Cruz Raney of Louisville, KY and Kellan Michael Raney of Jeffersonville; granddaughter, Angelica Cintron of Jeffersonville; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Cremation was chosen with a private family memorial service to follow at a later date.
