Mr. Hoagland was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a former fork lift operator at ICI America's. He is survived by his wife Barbara, a son James Hoagland, a daughter Cindy Boggs, and a foster daughter Vicki Jones. He also is survived by his two grandchildren Kayla Hoagland and Jacob Jones. Military services at the gravesite will be provided by American Legion Post #335/VFW Post # 1427.
