James Andrew Helton, 47, of Marysville, IN passed away Thursday May 31, 2012 at Scott Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Nov. 26, 1964 to James & Patricia Sullivan Helton in Columbus, IN. He was a former United States Marine, a pipefitter and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 157 of Terre Haute, IN.
Survivors include his wife the former Carla King, son; Brandon Helton of Sellersburg, daughter; Emily Helton of Charlestown, parents; James and Patricia Helton of Marysville, step children; John Shipley of Austin, TX and Scarlett Witt of Charlestown, IN, sister; Sheri Schindler of Otisco, IN, granddaughter; Desiree Witt and step-grandmother; Janet Sullivan of New Albany, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 5, 2012 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday and after 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
