Mr. Fraze passed away Saturday at Floyd Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Lois Hay Fraze, sons James S. Fraze, and Carl R. Fraze, daughters Brenda Fraze, Linda Littrell, Sherry Johnson, and Beverly Smith. 15 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
