James Patrick Baxter, 48 of Charlestown passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at his home.
He was born June 13, 1964 in Jeffersonville the son of Jesse and Hazel K. Adams Baxter. Mr. Baxter was a former Security Guard for several years and attended the First Assembly of God in Charlestown.
Survivors include his mother, Hazel Adams Baxter, Charlestown; Joyce DeVary(Jerry), Charlestown; two nieces Jessica Ledbetter and Lisa Wilt; a great niece, Ainsley Wilt. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Baxter Jr. and brother, Larry Wayne Baxter.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday at 12:00 Noon September 25, 2013 at the Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown. Visitation will be held on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
