James Edward “Eddie” Barnes, 64, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Norton Hospital.
He was born on February 1, 1953 to Emmitt Harold and Lillian Catherine (Mitchell) Barnes in Louisville, KY.
Survivors include his daughters, Cathy Nolan of Jeffersonville, IN; Amy Barnes (Monica) of Jeffersonville, IN, and Martina Morris (Matt) of Mitchell, IN; father, Emmitt Barnes of Clarkston, KY; brother, Mike Barnes of Clarkston, KY; sisters, Cindy Dezarn (Lloyd) of Taylorsville, KY, Sandy Hume (Allen) of Taylorsville, KY, and Patricia Aeh (Larry) of Taylorsville, KY; grandchildren, Jason Nolan, Haili Johnson, and Braxtyn Morris.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 10am on Tuesday.
