Mr. Johnson was an army veteran and a member of the North Charlestown Church of God. He is survived by his wife Lorene, two sons David and Steven Johnson, three daughters, Phyllis Rosebrock, Charlotte Wiley and Lisa Clapp and 9 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. J. T. died Thursday August 26, 2004 at the Medical Center of Southern Indiana.
