Mr. Hall a native of Whitesburg, KY and a retired Tech Sergeant for the United States Air Force died Friday October 29, 2004 at Hospice and Pallitive Care Center in Louisville. He was also a retired supervisor for I.C.I. of Americas and member of Freedom Gospel Church. He is survived by his wife the former Virginia Roth and a brother James Hall of Scottsburg, IN.
