Irene S Kirk, 57, of Charlestown died Monday October 17 at her residence.
She was born on June 13, 1954 to Carlos and Delana Smith in Clay County Ky. She was a former employee of Wal-Mart
She is survived by her husband Tony Kirk; daughters Delana Dean and Stephanie Kirk both of Charlestown; brothers: Jerry Smith of Prospect, KY, Eligie Smith of Charlestown, Johnny Smith of Bullitt Co, KY, John Henry Smith of Bullitt Co, Ky, Roy Smith and Truman Smith both of Louisville, KY; sisters Sally Couch of Louisville and Rosie Mitchell of Indianapolis; grandchildren Kelsey Dean, Megan Dean, and Sabrina Kirk..
Funeral services will be on Wednesday October 19 at 2 p.m. at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9am on Wednesday.
