Imogene (Franklin) Vest

Imogene Vest, 84, passed away on Tuesday March 22, 2011.

She was born on July 3, 1926 to Jess and Roxanne Franklin in Grayson Co., KY. She was a retired cook at New Washington High School . She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leonard Vest,and her granddaughter Cheri Nicole Vest.

Survivors included her son Jerry Vest (Teresa) of Otisco, IN, daughter; Charlotte Smithers of Jeffersonville, IN, her brothers; Allus Franklin of Charlestown, IN, Danny Franklin of Scottsburg, IN, Cletus Franklin of Scottsburg, IN, Lewis Franklin of Crown Point, IL, her sisters; Joyce Franklin of Clarksville, IN, Marie Dimitt of Clarksville, IN, Delores Gray of Connersville, IN, Edwina Lawson of Pendleton, IN, 2 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
