Hubert Lukeno Fields, 66 of Charlestown, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Fields was born March 17, 1949 in Day, KY the son of Shelvy and Okra Akemon Fields.
Survivors include his companion, Jayne Swan of Charlestown; daughter, Amanda Richert (Brent) of Charlestown; brothers, Jarvis Fields of Charlestown and William Jay Fields of Sorrento, FL; sisters, Phyllis Haas of Henryville, IN and Patricia Mullins of Otisco, IN; grandchildren, Alec Richert, Kailey Richert and Nelson Richert.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and after 9:00 A.M. Tuesday until time of services.
