Hiram Randall Foster, 65, passed away Thursday December 29, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
He was born on August 22, 1946 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of Clarence William and Norma Lee Moss Foster. Mr. Foster was owner and operator of Foster Welding.
Survivors include his daughters, Kristin Huggins, Charlestown and Rachel Gallman, Jeffersonville; two grandsons, Trent and Andrew; friend, Mark Howard, Charlestown.
Cremation was chosen with no services and the Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown is in charge of arrangements.
