Mrs. Nimphie passed away Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Sellersburg Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born October 28, 1921 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Martin and Kathryn Sauers Merta. Mrs. Nimphie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Wayne Nimphie, one sister and one brother.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Combs and Sandra Hooper both of Charlestown; six grandchildren, Laura Combs, Jemal Combs, Paul Combs, Chad Combs, Cody Combs and Michael Hooper; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
