Herman Ray Daniels, 64 of Clarksville, formerly of Charlestown passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Daniels was born June 15, 1950 in Louisville, KY the son of Granville and Louisa Wynn Daniels. He was a cross county truck driver, and enjoyed drawing, painting, travel and played key board for the Stillwater Rock Band.
Survivors include his father, Granville Daniels of Charlestown; sisters, Naomi Davidson and her husband Rex of Clarksville and Charlotte Medcalf of Charlestown; brothers, Orville and David Daniels both of Charlestown. He was preceded in death by his mother Louisa Daniels.
Mr. Daniels chose cremation with his ashes to be buried in Charlestown Cemetery with his mother.
