Henry Edward Buchanan

Henry Edward Buchanan, 85 of Charlestown, Indiana passed away on Tuesday February 14, 2017 at Hillcrest Village in Jeffersonville.
He was born on May 6, 1931 in Marysville, IN to Frank and Isalene Raab Buchanan. He was a meat cutter for Armour Food Co, an Army Veteran, and a member of the American Legion Post #335 and the VFW Post 1427.
Henry is survived by his wife, Charlotte Kendrick Buchanan; daughters Debbie Barlow of Marysville, IN and Karen Hostetler (Mike) of Charlestown; step son Joe Prather (Gail) of Jeffersonville; granddaughters Ashley Walton (Jason) of Jeffersonville and Kim Fain (Doug) of Carrolton, KY, and sister, Mary Clark of Olney, IL.
Funeral services will be held on Friday February 17, 2017 at 12:00 pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial to follow in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-8 pm and again on Friday beginning at 9:00 am.
