Helen Marie (Dowling) Wise

Helen Marie Wise, 95 of Nabb, IN passed away on Wednesday evening December 6, 2017 at her home.
She was born on July 21, 1922 to Willard M. and Julia Nicholson Dowling in Scott County, IN. She was a former employee of I.C.I. of Charlestown and U.S. Shoe Company in Madison, IN. She was a member of the New Bethel Church since she was 7 years old and a member of the Saluda Homemakers Club. She raised chickens and sold eggs for Mr. Beeler and raised various livestock on the farm.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wise; sons, Richard L. Wise and Dennis Wise; siblings, Verna, Gladys, Kelso, Elbert, Laura, Dorothy and Ruth.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth E. Wise (Betty) of Nabb, IN, 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Monday December 11, 2017 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in New Bethel Cemetery near Lexington, IN. Visitation will be from 12 pm to 5 pm on Sunday and after 9 am on Monday.
